“Church Service?”

Church services are central to the life of the church. Basically a church service is when the church (meaning the people) gather together to worship God and to encourage one another.   Worship services  take different forms from church to church, some are very lively and others are more reflective and prayerful..  We hope the descriptions of our services will help you choose which one is best for you .

“Communion?”

The communion service otherwise known as Eucharist (Thanksgiving), or Lord’s Supper is the service where Christians gather round the Lord’s table and share communion as Christ commanded.  Bread and wine are offered to each Christian to eat.  They are symbols of Christ’s body broken and His blood shed on the cross for our sins.  In communion we remember Christ’s death for us and his indwelling through the Holy Spirit.

Time 4 God (T4G) 10:30 am

Held on 1st Sunday morning in the month.

T4G is our all-age service and is run by members of our youth team and the young members of the church.

This service is informal and is usually a mix of interactive worship including quizzes and some times the odd game!  Everyone stays in the church for the whole time so there are no separate youth groups on this Sunday.

We often hold baptisms and thanksgivings for child birth at this service.

The service finishes about 11:30 am - refreshments are served at the back of church.
